About the role
As an MEP Project & Engineering Design Manager at CBRE Group, you
will have the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring
the flawless execution of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection,
and Electrical designs throughout the entire construction process.
From lease negotiations to handover, you will lead the engineering
process, providing strategic and tactical design management support
to the Design Management Team. With your expertise, you will guide
the client's design process, collaborate with cross-functional
teams, and successfully implement world-class projects. This is a
chance to showcase your proven project management skills and make a
lasting impact in the built environment.
Provide strategic and tactical design management support to the
Design Management Team, for the engineering process of a project
from conception to completion.
This role will be embedded as an integral member of the Client's
team, undertaking Project Briefing and Compliance roles as
requested on all projects across AMER. Although based in NYC, there
may be a requirement to travel to specific project locations
throughout AMER for key project milestones during the design,
construction, testing/commissioning, and handover stages. This role
will require the selected candidate to be onsite in New York City
at the client's office a minimum of three days per week.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the MEP Project & Engineering
Design Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary
for the MEP Project & Engineering Design Manager position is
$180,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
