Marketing Coordinator Woodcliff Lake, NJ (Hybrid Role) 6 - 12 Months Must have significant SAP and Salesforce experience Candidate must be comfortable using SAP to be efficient in processing PR s, purchasing orders, amendments, invoices and reports. If candidate is not proficient in SAP, they will not be considered. Bachelors Degree required. Position will support day-to-day business of the RRMC NA Marketing Department including opening purchase orders, assisting with powerpoint presentations, budget tracking, completing post-event recap decks, and general marketing administrative tasks. "Bachelors Degree required. Must be local to Woodcliff Lake, NJ (onsite and WFH). Position will support day-to-day business of the RRMC NA Marketing Department including opening purchase orders, assisting with PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, completing post-event recap decks, (including photo management) and general administrative tasks such as (setting up vendors, posting bulletins, completing forms, etc.) Must have experience in SAP/IFT, PowerPoint and Excel. Candidate should be tech aware and tech savvy. Should also be familiar with Salesforce. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills." Marketing Coordinator is needed to support a 30% increase in experiential activities. Coordination of Legal reviews for all marketing and CRM communications; email, Web site, etc. IFT/SAP support with setting up new vendors, SRF approvals and PR/PO creation Support with digital/social marketing programs Back office operational and logistic coordination such as presentation creation, event preparations, and event tracking and reporting for programs such as; Goodwood Client Experience trips Pinnacle Brand Events Hotspot Activations Vehicle Launch and Pre-series Drive Events Dealer Test Drive Programs Affinity Partner Programs Compile post-event recap decks and manage event photo library
