litigation, including: Contract disputes, real estate litigation,
financial services litigation. Landlord/tenant matters, breach of
fiduciary duty, and construction or leasing cases. Skilled in legal
research, drafting pleadings/motions/discovery, and conducting
depositions. Confident handling court conferences and oral
arguments. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with
strong writing and interpersonal skills. Location: On-site in
Nanuet, NY (must be able to reliably commute or relocate). If
