Flexibility Job Details Represent clients in commercial real estate
transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and
financings Draft, negotiate, and review purchase/sale agreements,
leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements Conduct title
and survey review and oversee due diligence processes Provide legal
counsel on construction-related contracts and regulatory compliance
Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex
transactional matters Structure and execute joint venture and
partnership arrangements Collaborate with team members to ensure
timely, cost-effective execution of real estate deals Looking For:
J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey Minimum 4 years of
experience, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Strong background in real estate development and construction
transactions (preferred) Portable business is a plus, but not
