Job Description:

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Specialist to manage, optimize, and support their electronic health record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train staff while ensuring smooth and efficient clinical operations. Responsibilities Include: Managing and maintaining the eClinicalWorks (eCW) system Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing system improvements Training staff and creating user guides for efficient system use Monitoring data integrity and workflow optimization Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a healthcare setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and training abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation Salary : $65k - $85k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Chaya@bhirednyc.com
