ENT Physician opening - Spring Valley, NYA Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Rockland and Sullivan Counties is seeking an ENT Physician to join its expanding team. With over 100 healthcare professionals and more than 30 years of delivering affordable, accessible care to underserved and high-risk populations, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.Position Details - Provide comprehensive ENT care, including consultations and evaluations - Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions - Perform noninvasive surgical procedures - Refer patients to other specialists when necessary - Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive measures - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR - Stay current with ENT advancements through professional development - Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards - Perform additional duties as needed Position Requirements - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution - Completion of accredited Otolaryngology residency - Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology - Valid NY State medical license - Active DEA registration - BLS certification - Demonstrated experience in treating a broad range of ENT conditions - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Availability for one evening per week, Fridays, and some weekends - Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Benefits Details - $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time - Competitive salary with no billing or overhead responsibility - NHSC Loan Repayment & NYS Public Loan Forgiveness eligible - Full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage - Paid malpractice insurance (FTCA) - 403(b) retirement plan - Health Reimbursement Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts - CME and licensure support - Generous PTO and up to 13 paid holidays Community Details - Located along the scenic Hudson River - Short drive to New York City and nearby airports - Beautiful waterfront villages and mountain views - Excellent hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation - Access to prestigious schools and universities - Growing economy with strong healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors
