Administer medications, monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions Record patients' medical information and vital signs Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Advocate for patients’ health and well-being Strong oncological nursing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in EHR software Highly skilled in administering chemotherapy and managing side effects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license BLS certification ACLS certification Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
