seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to join our
leadership team as a 3–11 Nursing Supervisor. This role is ideal
for an RN who enjoys leading evening operations, supporting staff,
and ensuring smooth clinical flow in a warm, family-oriented
facility. Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and
leadership for nursing staff during the 3–11 shift Serve as the
primary clinical resource for nurses and CNAs on evenings Ensure
high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans Address
clinical concerns, staffing needs, and urgent issues as they arise
Communicate effectively with on-call leadership and
interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with state, federal, and
facility policies Support survey readiness and proper documentation
practices Qualifications: Active RN license in New Jersey Prior
experience as a Nursing Supervisor or charge nurse in a skilled
nursing facility preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership
skills Ability to manage evening operations independently and
calmly Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why
