Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans, and maintaining patient confidentiality. They will work to create a positive environment, offering encouragement and utilizing their skills to help patients heal and improve functional independence.   • OT License and CPR Certification
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree required, Doctorate preferred
  • 1+ year(s) professional OT experience
  • Experience with EMR software preferred Responsibilities:
    • Record patient care data and billing accurately
    • Prepare and conduct patient evaluations
    • Create and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
    • Provide patient education and functional training
    • Oversee support staff and participate in community outreach
