Job Description:

We are hiring CNA team members for a skilled nursing facility in Monsey, NY.
Responsibilities include observing residents, reporting health issues, and maintaining personal hygiene.
Additional duties include meal setup, feeding, and maintaining a clean environment.
Requirements include team membership, current NYS certification, and good standing with the state registry.
Work with a team to provide quality care and improve resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Observe residents and report health issues
Maintain personal hygiene, including bed baths and shaving
Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
Keep residents' spaces clean and tidy
Transport residents within the facility
Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents
Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data

Requirements:
- Team membership
- Current NYS State Certification
- Good standing with State Registry
