About the Role:

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital part in providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Northern Metropolitan Nursing Home in Monsey, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring residents receive the nutrition they need.
• Keep residents' living spaces clean and tidy, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
• Transport residents within the facility, promoting mobility and independence.
• Assist with turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
  Requirements:
  • Current NYS State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
