Job Description:

We are searching for a full time Psychiatrist or Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our private practice. With our practice you will have the flexibility to organize your schedule and achieve limitlessly. We are focused on providing therapy and counseling with medication management to highly functioning patients and their families. We are fully integrated into our community and provide continuity of care for our patients. With our practice each physician is in control of their own success. Our practice is located 22 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport, in gorgeous green Bergen County, NJ with additional offices in Manhattan, NY. Our NJ location boasts some of the best schools and shopping centers in the country. It is very safe, family friendly, and only 20 minutes from Manhattan, NY. Our doctors are either W-2 Employees or Partners. Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit and income tax taken out through ADP. This is not a salaried position but rather a position based on productivity as is the case in private practice. We will share with the Physician a percentage of the fees collected for services they provided. This creates no cap on how much compensation they can earn. We will pay fifty percent (50%) of fees collected for services performed by them and billed by us as compensation. Compensation shall be computed on a monthly basis and payment will be made to Employee the following month in accordance with Employer's regular payroll practices. Computations of how salary is calculated will be provided each month. If the Physician is eligible for an insurance plan which we offer, the physician may elect to be covered by those health benefits, in which case we will contribute ten percent (10%) of the cost. We currently offer a non-matching and nonprofit sharing 401K and ROTH 401K retirement for those who qualify. After 3-- years of Physician's commitment to the practice, we can discuss the possibility of the Physician purchasing a percentage of shares. In becoming a percentage partner, the value of The Physician's shares will grow as the company grows, and if there is excess revenue then the Physician would get that same percentage of any excess revenue.
