Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pmWhat You Will Do at C.A. Ferolie:Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate client paymentsMaintain and improve system documentation and procedural guidelines; maintaining SOPsIdentify opportunities to enhance accuracy and operational efficiencyEvaluate workloads and periodically reassign accounts as neededStrengthen collaboration with the Customer Service department to optimize processesMentor and develop team members through coaching and training initiativesEnsure accurate recording of new and adjusted commission rates in the systemMaintain up-to-date reference documents for split paymentsEnsure adherence to escalation proceduresMonitor aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and implement effective collection strategiesAssist with special projects and analytical tasks assigned by leadership What You Should Bring to the Table:Prior experience in Accounts Receivable preferred; Accounts Payable experience will also be consideredManagerial experience, ideally in a multi-site or hybrid work environmentStrong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc) and mathematical skillsStrong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with cash application processesBackground in consumer products; Familiarity with accrual-based income reporting is a plus What We OfferHybrid Work ScheduleMedical/Dental/Vision/VTL Flexible Spending AccountCompany-paid Life/AD&D Insurance401k matchGenerous PTOPaid HolidaysPI3cbdebf9e8ee-25660-37719175
