• Analytics, Automation and AI for CD, and the broader GTM organization

• Training and Development
• CD OperationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As the Customer Development leadership team prepares for accelerated growth in 2025 and beyond, the Head of Integrated Operations will build and then lead a function that sits at the center of the Ice Cream CD organization, accountable for:

• Developing reporting, analytics, and automation for the CD organization, inclusive of promo evaluation and pog automation. Will lead all AI utilization with CD
• Selecting, developing and deploying a retail organization that accelerates growth and provides a strong ROI
• Leading preparation and execution of the Ice Cream Companies engagements at FMI and NFRA
• Developing and deploying world-class training programs that support the CD strategy
• Developing, deploying, and measuring CD policies and procedures
• Leading CD efforts in ERP and other establishment activitiesSuccess Factors:

  • Retail ROIWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 10 - 15 years' experience in analytics and automation, with a high level of familiarity working with customer data
    • Creative problem solver, ability to influence, and clear communication
    • A player-coach willing to build as much as lead
    • Experience in software such as Alteryx, Power BI preferred
    • Experience in Customer Data Management preferred
    • Experience in project management
