supports 140+
Orangetheory Fitness studios across DC, Connecticut, Maine, New
Hampshire, New Jersey, New
York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.
Who we're looking for:
The Sales Manager is responsible for new member sales and overall
member experience. This
person reaches out to new leads within 1-2 hours, books new Intros
into class and gives Intros
and current members the white glove experience. To secure this
role, you are persistent in
sales, goal-oriented, and energetic. You generate leads and execute
marketing strategies to
help achieve performance goals. You are confident, reliable and
solution-oriented.
Role Responsibilities/Duties
in general, the position requires the following physical
activities: Ability to lift a
minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to
sit, stand, stoop,
walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body
motions.

technology to measure performance so members can prove they are
improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and
certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the
Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The
