Position Overview/Responsibilities for the TIBCO Engineer:

- Provide proactive support for TIBCO BW applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure performance and reliability
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including design specs and operational guides
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain TIBCO BW solutions

Required Skills for TIBCO Engineer:

- 3+ years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks development and support
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS, Adapters, BusinessConnect
- Strong skills in SOAP/REST, XML/XSD/WSDL, and SQL/database integration
- Proficiency with tools like TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator, and related plug-ins
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
