Job Description:
A healthcare organization operating multiple medical facilities
is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee staff and
manage daily operations across a busy practice. This role requires
a strong operational leader who can improve workflow efficiency,
enhance patient service standards, and ensure smooth, organized
practice management. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing daily
operations and administrative workflows Managing, training, and
supporting staff Ensuring high standards of patient care and
service Improving efficiency across scheduling, communication, and
internal processes Monitoring performance metrics and implementing
operational improvements Ideal Qualifications: Strong leadership
and team-management skills Proven experience in operational or
practice management Excellent organizational and communication
abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment No medical
