We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Injury Protection Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role requires a highly organized and compassionate individual who will oversee the personal injury claims of our patients, ensuring they receive the medical attention required and are compensated appropriately by insurance providers. The right candidate will act as a crucial liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies. Manage and process personal injury claims for spinal injury patients effectively. Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary medical documentation and treatment plans. Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of claims and settlements. Guide patients through the claims process, providing clarity and support throughout their recovery journey. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in the financial administration, including billing and coding, related to personal injury claims. Strong understanding of personal injury laws and claims processing. Proficient in medical billing and insurance regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Medical Billing and Coding preferred. HIPAA Compliance training.
