Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst for a leading consumer goods company based in lower Bergen County

In this role the right candidate will be responsible for overall administration of compensation programs. Previous variable pay plan experience required, including sales incentive and corporate bonus plans. You will be asked to consistently seek innovative plan designs and increase efficiencies of compensation plans across all verticals. Strong analytical skills and advanced competency in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel.
